Skill Description: Mei crouches down low, coats herself in ice and leaps upward with a spinning slash with either a weapon or a bladed icicle, leaving a trail of ice as she strikes. Upon landing, the coat of ice disappears.
Skill Effects:

• By coating herself in ice, Mei can 'tank' any Rank D or lower skill, allowing her to perform this skill with no interruption.
• Can be used in conjunction with a weapon, but serves no other purpose other than aesthetics.
• By expending an additional 10EP (on top of the 20EP cost), Mei can keep the coat of ice for an extra turn, allowing her to tank another Rank D or lower skill.
