Skill Description: Mei places a hand on her hip and blows a kiss. Cold air comes from her lips before it starts to create an extremely large shard of ice to form in the air in front of her. Mei then flicks her hair and the shard explodes, pelting her opponent with chunks of ice.
Skill Effects:

• Mei has the special ability to detonate the shard at any point for two turns.
• While this shard is up, Mei cannot use any other skills until it is detonated.
• If touched by anyone else but Mei, the shard will explode and deal damage.
• By expending another 10EP (on top of 30EP cost), Mei can keep the shard up for another two turns if not detonated.
