Located in the northeast of Helios, Selene is a medium-sized country. Selene is a relatively modern country, with busy metropolitan lands closer to the coast. There are cities, roads, bridges and just any public transport one can think of. Many of its cities have a futuristic aesthetic with built in lights on the floor instead of street lights, automatic glass doors everywhere and lots and lots of cars. However, it is also rife with green and vegetation within its cities as the usage of ethos, particularly Nature Ethos, allows greenery to thrive. In particular, one can see this at Lillium and the capital city Nereus, which is a water city located off shore from Crystalline Beach.

Selene is most definitely not quiet nor peaceful. There are always people running across streets, cars on the roads all the time and ethos always being in use. The people of Selene are known to be a diverse group yet are known to cordial with one another. Selene is also known to have a surprisingly high labyrinth frequency rate, making it a prime country for young liberators to travel to. Despite the modern technological advances, eastern Selene is a lot more earthy and rural in nature.

Eastern Selene is home to the more natural environments that have not been taken by man’s interference. In particular, the sites Mt. Taisenga, Hiraa’s Desert and Ceretz Plains are noteworthy for being diverse and interesting environments that Selene has to offer. However, the most interesting site that Selene has to offer, is the Endless Chasm which is an anomaly all in itself located in the dead centre of the country.
